Khartoum 3/10/2021 (SUNA) - The Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Sudan, Mohamed Ahmed Bashri Badawi issued a decision , Wednesday, canceling the Governor's directive on 3/7/2021 concerning the return of employees whose service been terminated by Empowerment Committee.

A letter signed by the Acting Governor directed the authorities concerned to implement the decision taken by the committee to dismantle the system of June 30, 1989 and Restorer public funds No. (492) as of Wednesday, March 10, 2021, indicating that that the committee had set up a special system to address all appeals submitted by CBOS and its affiliates.

“all those addressed by the committee’s decision must submit their requests in accordance with the legal procedures stipulated in the Committee’s law” the decision explained.
