Civil Aviation bans entry to passengers heading to Saudi Arabia

Khartoum, Feb.7 (SUNA) - The Civil Aviation, on Sunday, issued a decree banning the entry of the passengers coming from the COVID-19- hit countries, according to the order issued by the Saudi Arabia concerning the implementation of the health precautionary measures on 20 countries.

Chairman of the CAA Air Transport Department, Ibrahim Ahmed said the ban includes the passengers coming from, or via the countries mentioned in the order issued by Saudi Arabia irrespective to the results of the COVID-19 lab test.

He called on passengers coming to Sudan from the countries mentioned in the Saudi order to have a ticket from and to their countries.
